After my colleague Delaney did such a great job on the Venus Factor, I thought I would take a look at this program as it is more target towards men and how males can achieve the Perfect Male DNA formula.
What is the Adonis Effect?
The Adonis Golden Ratio is all about the perfect body formula and after extensive studies, it is proved that women are naturally and genetically hard-wired find and be attracted to men with the perfect proportion. Men also respect this as it displays the highest form of genetic fitness.
In short, this program targets the stubborn lower belly fat and aims to help you build lean, target muscles to your weakest body parts and giving you that perfect physique.
What do you get with Adonis Golden Ratio?
- 12 Week Golden Ratio Training Program with Video Coaching Library (a massive plus having video)
- Nutrition Program which includes software and guide
- Supplement Guide
- Bonus #1: The Adonis Arms and Abs Assault
- Bonus #2: Adonis Unlimited Upgrades
- Bonus #3: 7 Days Out Special Program
The Adonis Golden Ratio is an intense, hard working program and if you are not up to the task of committing and get down to then, then I am afraid this program is not for you. It is not a magic bullet and requires you to be fully dedicated to get through the 12 week program. Once you do that, you are well on your way to achieving a magic body.
You also have to follow the nutrition plan that has been laid out for you. It is not just about exercising. If you want that ripped, muscular body, you need to fuel your muscles so that you achieve you desired results. Adonis Golden Ratio is result driven so you will get the body you wanted. Video coaching is such a huge factor as visual presentation keeps you more engage and its easier to follow along.
I highly recommend John Barbans program but must say that I found the guide to be long and drawn out. Too much reading in my opinion. I like to get right to it and no need to learn the code behind how you body is built. I am better at following what is laid out for me. Other than that, the nutrition guide is excellent and the software helps keep track.
They do recommend the supplements in their guide to use which they get a kick back from. I have a local retailer that I go to for my supplements and get what they suggest in protein powder and other supplements.
