Its a good workout plan and the exercises are very target specific. I am in week 4 of using this guide and enjoying the 3 day workouts very much. Fits into my schedule very nicely. I will stress that you HAVE to put in the effort. It does not come automatically.

It is very easy to follow. Not complicated at all. The only thing that I did not like was the lack of videos. I like watching how to do workouts but like I mentioned it is easier to follow in the guide.
