To make a point when it comes to losing fat, there is no one “correct” way to do it. That does not mean there is not a best way either. Kettlebell training works your hips, hamstrings, butt, and upper back. And doing that—as long as you do it the right way—will develop those areas and make them look shapely and sexy, rather than soft, or overdeveloped.
Earlier, I mentioned the swing, which is probably the most common of all KB exercises. For good reason: it’s one of the most effective. Not only is it highly metabolic, it’s also one of the BEST ways to train the glutes and hamstrings—leading to a high, round, shapely butt sitting on top of firm, tight legs.
