So the opening line really got my attention. “Lose 30 pounds eating burger, bacon and pancakes”. Sounds a little extreme. Actually it is not. Before really going into further discussion, burgers and bacon are high in protein and good fats but its what we eat with it that is high in carbs and tends to make us store the fat.

Rusty Moore of Visual Impact Muscle Building fame introduced me to Alex Navarro and Mary Gines who have been fitness competitors for many years.
