When I heard that Dan Long was teaming up with Shaun Hadsall, I immediately bought this product to check up what it is about. I am a huge fan of Dan Long’s Suspension Revolution and that is my current workout that I am going full out with at the moment.

I have followed Dan Long for quite some time now and currently using his TRX Suspension Revolution program which is absolutely phenomenal. Dan and Shaun have done an excellent job putting this together, so you will see results.
The one thing that I always stress is, if you are not willing to put in the effort, you will fail. You need to work at it and keep at it.
The program is well planned and very easy to follow. Workout log sheets are always helpful to follow your progress and see the results.
I would have like some mp3 files to be able to listen on my iPhone. There is a lot of content to read but worth it in the end.
